SmartPlot overview

SmartPlot is a desktop scientific plotting and data analysis app for researchers. It helps users import data, organize tables, create publication-ready figures, run common analysis workflows, style plots, and export results for papers, slides, and reports.

SmartPlot supports common scientific chart types including line plots, scatter plots, bar charts, radar charts, histograms, box plots, volcano plots, and 2D color maps. It also includes tools for baseline correction, peak fitting, trend fitting, smoothing, annotations, reusable templates, and a command panel for faster figure editing.

SmartPlot 1.55.0 adds standalone radar charts, improved axis and tick-label controls, unit-aware data tables, LVM import support, annotation selection and alignment, richer chart styling, and stability fixes across the 1.5 release line.
